Broadcast classes are live classroom courses where the instructor is at a remote location and the students are in a classroom at their local association. They provide students in remote areas the opportunity to get the same high-quality education as if they were in one of the larger cities.
How does it work?
It’s pretty simple. Students register and attend at their local association, just as if it were a normal class. In class, they are able to dialogue with the instructor and with students in other participating classes around Texas.
Benefits to students
Students do not have to incur the cost of travel and hotel to attend a class they need because it is at their local association.
Benefits to local associations
Local associations can offer any and all the classes available to them from Texas REALTORS® University. Currently there are over 250 classes a year held.
Broadcast classes have no minimum requirement on the number of students. Whether you have one student or 50, the class is never cancelled.
