Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
GRI is the only NAR designation that is state-specific; written by Texas REALTORS®, taught by Texas REALTORS®. We regularly update the Texas GRI to keep pace with changing Texas laws, technology, and best practices.
Texas GRI helps you stay current with your knowledge and relevant to today’s consumers.
Studies show that GRI designees earn 40% more than non-designees. But it’s not about the letters. It’s what those letters represent: knowledge. Successful agents take the time to gain the right knowledge.
Texas REALTORS® with a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) are perceived as having made a commitment to provide a higher level of professional service.
The Texas GRI provides 90 hours of TREC Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) hours, which applies to your post-license requirements, all while you gain the knowledge that will take your career to the next level.
